Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy

I’ve never posted anything this large before but this is worth it!
This is what started it all for me, the original BBC series from
the early eighties. The characters, plot development and acting
are superb, with lots of quotable lines that live on long after
the series came to a close.
Marvin is a hoot, part #2 tomorrow…

The Babel Fish

This is as good a place as any to start when it comes to
the genius of Douglas Adams and his superb Hitchhikers
Guide to the Galaxy series.
Think of this as Rosetta Stone only in the shape of a squishy

Marvin the Paranoid Android

For those that love Douglas Adam’s Hitchhiker’s Guide
to the Galaxy you’ll find this entertaining.
I have seen the original 6 episode BBC television series and, to me,
it is far superior to the movie that came out later.
Not that the movie is bad mind you.
This is the voice of Stephen Moore, the original Marvin from
that series, and he really has it down cold.
As much as anyone Marvin was a very integral part of that story line…
