Watch Me Light My Bank Deposit!

A gem of a stand-up bit by the very talented Greg Warren.
I love the flow and the delivery on this one, he snarks it out
of the park on more than one occasion.
Some great lines here…

The Consortium of Genius with a bouncy little ditty about
Summer grilling and what kinds of foods people prefer.
The usual would apply here…hamburgers, hotdogs,
coleslaw, potato salad, brains, corn on the cob, and iced tea.
Don’t forget the napkins…

Rhett and Link are “Roughin’ It!”.
Kinda, it’s hard to properly explain without
the use of pie charts and flash cards.
They are an interesting pair of lunatics for sure.
May they last forever…

Jim Gaffigan with a look at living in the woods
where bears can eat you.
It’s a little more complicated than that but
that’s pretty much the gist of it.
Not a bad set, fairly humorous until he lost it
when a baby in the third row started to really cry.
I had no idea that particular theater had a
retractable roof, nor was I aware that Jim has a
portable catapult that he brings to his performances
for precisely that reason.
At the 4 minute mark he starts to whack the little
diaper addict with the microphone, when it wouldn’t
stop wailing he launches it across town with extreme
prejudice, police reports indicate the crying stopped
after the third bounce.
Don’t bring any kids to a Gaffigan performance…

The Ziggens with a song about food which cannot be explained.
Not unlike my wife’s cooking.
Has a nice beat to it.
The tune not the meal.
That would be weird…
