The late great Steve Goodman was diagnosed with leukemia
early in life and he wasn’t supposed live past his twenties.
He kept going long enough to churn out some great hits for
himself and others and left quite a legacy, dying at the young
age of 36.
This was a labor of love, he was a huge baseball fan and he
loved the Cubs…

Andrew Norelli is a low key stand-up comedian with a
pretty good approach to the craft.
He doesn’t really have a shtick to speak of, if it has to
be identified I’d call it slightly snarky with a good chance
of rain later in the evening.
He’s pretty smart, has good insights, and will babysit your
kids for only ten bucks an hour, snacks included.

Tom Wilson with a song he developed over years of doing
shows at clubs with a low turnout.
I’ve been there, I stopped going to the smaller places
because the hecklers were absolutely absurd.
The audacity really got to me, they were there to do nothing
else but to ruin a stand-up comedians set, like it was a
competition or something!

Great stuff this, a great radio piece as well, the visuals add to it but
the lack of does not detract.
