Dan Cummins knows he should work out.
All the science is in, the better shape your
body is in the longer you will live.
And the quality of life is far better…stronger,
faster, and sharper as a rule.
Dan gets it.
The guilt helps…
Oscar Brand has the distinction of having the longest
running radio show of all time, over 70 years on the air.
He hosted the Folksong Festival from 1945 until he died.
He passed away in 2016 at the age of 96.
By ALL accounts a wonderful man, talented artist, and
socially conscious human being.
Here’s a blue collar tune with double entendres and
just enough male bravado to make it humorous…
A nice effort from Canada’s own, The Frantics.

A little overlap from Labor Day isn’t a bad thing.
This is a classic little piece from a very talented
stand-up comedian.
Michael Jr. is touted as a “christian comic” but he
doesn’t preach or sermonize while performing.
His laid back, soft touch style is probably his
only link to a religious mindset while on stage.
He is a pretty funny guy…
Dave Dingwall with a classic Labor Day tune.
My go-to for middle class work recognition.
Nice beat, old school rap with dignity.
If you can ignore the old bugger dancing in his
underpants that is.
No time to complain, the Blue Collar Shuffle…
