Well, I’ll Be Humped!

The infamous scene from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels where Ruprecht,
played by Steve Martin, and Lawrence, played by Michael Caine are
seated at a table eating dinner.
Martin and Caine play con men using a con that fleeces large
amounts of money from unsuspecting rich women.
The movie is decent enough to watch, some scenes better than
others, but all good.
This one is killer, the object of the game is to turn off the woman so much
that she hands over some of her wealth to avoid marrying Lawrence.
I laughed out loud the first time I saw this…

A classic from the immortal Gary Mule Deer.
I love the setup here, partial old school not PC
and a little forward thinking as well.
You got to change with the times…

A keeper from the late, great Tim Wilson.
Two extremes meeting in the middle is always
good for a chuckle or three…

This neat, and confusing, little scene is from The
Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy movie that was
released back in 2005.
Douglas Adams was certainly playful, with a grand
sense of humor and a love for life.
It is unfathomable to me that he died while on a
vigorous treadmill run, that is so unfair.
If anyone should ask you if whales and petunias go
together you can feel safe knowing that indeed they do.
The movie is pretty good, the original BBC Television
series is better…

Ain’t what you think it is!
Shane Mauss likes to look at what motivates us.
He certainly appreciates the subtle aspects of
human nature, it’s the little things that can make
a huge impact on the world.
I think he understands relationships better than most…
