Ernestine

This is a classic comedy performance by a true legend
in the genre, Lily Tomlin.
First performed as a running sketch on Rowan and Martin’s
Laugh-in, she refined this character over the years into a
person that we could all identify with.
Back when Ma Bell was queen…

Tom, Dick and Harry

This is a classic comedy sketch by one of the best ever.
Rowan Atkinson is a multi-talented comedian with many
wonderful performances under his belt.
I became a huge fan of his the first time I saw Blackadder,
a ground breaking British series that was as good as it gets.
On this side of the pond he’s mostly known for his Mr. Bean
portrayals and that’s a pity because he is so much more than that.
This is a great example…

Ding a Ling

The late, great Judge Dread was a very interesting fellow.
A practitioner of Ska, Reggae and other musical genres
he became quite infamous for the most songs ever banned by
the BBC over his creative usage of the double entendre.
He was very entertaining even if he was a bit dirty.
This is a humorous cover of a Chuck Berry classic…
