I have been huge fans of Bowser and Blue for a very long time.
From the Montreal area, they have become one of Canada’s
best and brightest comedy duos, performing all over the country
to rave reviews.
I’ve seen them perform at the Montreal Comedy Festival and I
just love to play them on the show.
Especially cuts like this…

Or Thingu, as it were!
Lee Hardcastle with a neat little parody mash-up using
John Carpenter’s masterpiece horror flick and British/Swiss
stop animation success, Pingu.
It really works, a nice view all in all.

Ahmed Ahmed is one of the comics on that superb recording that
came out a few years ago called The Axis of Evil Comedy Tour.
It was founded by Ahmed and it featured two Palestinians, an
Iranian and an Egyptian, using that mixture to show the
things we all have in common and ultimately to alleviate the
stereotyping and racist beliefs that are so pervasive in society.
The comedic way it which this was accomplished was very
successful and led to sold out performances all over the world.
I’m actually kind of proud to have played it on the show, I am
positive that it opened peoples eyes and helped do just what
Ahmed set out to do.
This is a nice piece of that tour…
