The Galaxy Song

As sung by the late, great Stephen Hawking!
Mr. Hawking passed away this week after a very
long battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis,
ALS for short, and the world has lost a true
inspiration!
A highly intelligent man, he fought adversity and
the debilitating effects of his affliction, and created
a life that others could only dream of.
Author of the multi-million selling book called
A Brief History of Time, its 256 pages of brilliance
opened up the world of Cosmology to the average
person by explaining in plain terms what we are and
how we got here.
When he was in his twenties he was diagnosed with ALS
and given less than two years to live.
That was over fifty five years ago!
Above all his intelligence and perseverance he had a wonderful
sense of humor.
This superb cover of a Monty Python piece brought tears to
my eyes, it really did.
Goodbye, and thanks for all the insight, Mr. Hawking!
You will be sorely missed…

Spiderman

Dan Cummins with a mean spirited but pretty accurate
description of a highly overrated superhero!
I have to agree with Dan, I grew up with comic books
and always thought Spiderman was silly.
He had all these things going for him but nothing
EVER went his way.
He’d save a baby from a burning building but when he
gets home his girlfriend would break up with him for
being late, dinner would be burnt and the bank had
started foreclosure proceedings on the home he lived in.
Personally that would happen to me just a couple of times
then I’d lose it, rob a bank or two and retire on an
island in the South Pacific with my ill gotten gains.
Hey, even superheros snap…

Margarita Hell

The Reverend Billy C Wirtz with a very humorous
little ditty about working the late hour bar crowd!
He was at his peak here, very well done.
I have all his recordings, I love them all.
Plays a mean piano as well…
