I didn’t play anything new this week, mostly
older classics with some interesting rarities
that I believe the listeners would enjoy.
My block programming can get weird, and it did.
Some family stuff, a little bit of cowboy, and a
meat block to round things out.

I’m not really sure why but my listeners
do not like this song.
It has Heywood’s usual zeal, wordplay is
witty and well thought out, and the imagery
is as good as it gets.
I’m stumped.
Maybe it’s because it deals with a teenage
scourge that we’ve all had to cope with
during our most vulnerable times.
Too close to home, perhaps?
Perry has my sympathies…

A typical Rhett and Link comedy sketch.
Is it silly?
Yes, it does have its moments.
Does it make someone look really stupid
after all is said and done?
Again, yes.

Shel was one of a kind, multi talented with
personality to spare.
No spare appendages though.
Not that we know of, at least…

superb markings of a very interesting species.
In his own, very special, way of course.
An enlightening overview all in all…
