Sounds About Right

When Monty Python got together back in 2014
for their grand reunion they recreated a lot
of their classic pieces.
This is one of the best of them, with special
guests Brian Cox and Stephen Hawking.
You have to give them credit, they were into it!
When the spirit is willing but the flesh is weakened
you try like hell anyway.
A wonderful piece…

Homer is thinking again.
Couldn’t help it, read some great billboards.
Krusty may save the day…

Tommy Ryman is getting better all the time.
When he first started out I was interested
in his act and started to play him on the show.
As time went by I noticed that he was improving
something fierce.
I mean all the way around…timing, material, and
stage presence are all top notch at this point.
He milks his muscular build for all it’s worth in
this one…

Went all over the place this week.
Had some themes in mind when
programming, then threw in a few
weird ones for flavor.
Classic Smothers Brothers and Steven’s
and Grdnic.
Went with a gambling block, then a
drinking one…there’s a connection there.
Lots of Doo-Dah.
Some superb Danial Tosh, the imagery
is quite pronounced.
Homer belts one out.
Always good to hear from the late, great
Robbie Benoit.
Paul Gilmartin rocks.
The Moose Lodge is now open.
The late, great Greg Giraldo with a funny one.
Shel Silverstein doing one of his own pieces.

Professor Elemental with a grand little ditty
about everybody’s favorite libation.
I grew up on the stuff, I’m from a French-Canadian
family that would drain several kettles of the
sacred liquid every day.
Orange Pekoe, straight up, and piping hot!
I’m a believer…
