Chunk!

This isn’t my typical comedy sketch post.
It will bring a smile to your face, and maybe even
make you laugh out loud, like it did me.
The story is not hard to follow, a man who likes to
garden was having a problem with something
eating his produce, and no matter what he did the
garden was repeatedly raided and vegetables eaten.
He installed a motion activated camera to determine
what dastardly varmint was doing the damage.
He got more than he bargained for.
This is one of those feel-good stories that shine.
Kudos to the guy for the conclusions he reaches and
the heart that he shows.
There’s a couple of poses where Chunk looks like a
guy I went to high school with, seriously…

Fish Sandwich

Greg Warren has a way with a story.
He’s pretty compelling, not a one-liner type
of stand-up comedian, prefers to lay it out for
you in a rambling, snarky sort of way that
really works for him.
I love to play Greg on the show, fits in nicely.
“All I want for Christmas is a fish sandwich…”

The Breakfast Machine

Good old Peewee Herman, when life gets to be too
serious for me I watch a little of his material.
My go-to is his classic 1985 flick Pee-Wee’s Big
Adventure, a very imaginative and entertaining
movie with lots of replay enjoyment.
This is surreal, Rube Goldberg meets Wallace and Gromit.
Pee-Wee and Speck, throw in some Mr. T and a huge
freakin’ butter knife and you have comedic bliss.
Now THIS is a breakfast…

Booze

I’ve been playing Pete Correale on the show lately.
He’s got a style all his own, self deprecating but not
excessively so, fun poking but not malicious, and able
to see through a lot of life’s BS with accuracy.
Add that to a great personality and you have a
pretty talented stand-up comedian.
Funny as they come.
This is a great bit…
