Scott Messer and Darby O’Gill with a rousing tongue twister!
Eggs, squirrels, and rabbits abound.
Lots of logs, heavy on the logs…

Who am I to Judge?

Santa Tracker
This is hysterical.
All he is saying is it’s not incredible.
The concerned wife, used to the rant, stands
by his side to lend support, and dry the dishes…
Do You Know How Many @#$%^ Eggs We Have…Do You?!

Happy Easter from Bill Hicks
I had almost given up on finding a decent, non profane,
cut of Bill’s classic track off his Rant in E-Minor recording.
I play the beeped version on the show, I edited that myself.
The original is excellent but I don’t post it because it’s a
bit on the strong side.
Please don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge Hicks fan and a
strong believer in freedom of speech, and I can make a
sailor blush with my own language.
Over the years I have found profanity to be a very
divisive topic, avoiding it altogether mostly.
I guess what I’m trying to say is I’m going full on
Wuss Cake here and post a decent but censored version
of a superb piece of stand-up by the late, great Bill Hicks.
The beginning is an excerpt of the original recording
and it transitions into a bootlegged piece ripped from a
television appearance that Bill did back in the day.
Made by a fan with an appreciation of comedic excellence…
Yeah, But No More Ugly Sweaters…

Happy Easter from Bill Hicks…Revised
The Unexpurgated version!
I have to man up on this one, there really is no good
reason NOT to play the original piece by Bill Hicks.
Unless, of course, you are indeed offended by random
profanity, and if that IS the case you can always stop
reading this and go back a post to the previously
mentioned Wuss Cake version.
This is the track as recorded on the infamous Rant in
E-Minor recording posthumously released in 1997.
On a side note, I was pleased as punch to be the only
radio personality to help with and record the tribute
to the late, great Bill Hicks at the Montreal Just for
Laughs Comedy Festival back in the mid 90’s.
I tapped into the sound board and received a clean
recording of the event, many well known people
were there to show their respects and appreciation
for his material and I got quite a few show IDs and
comedy contacts while I was there.
Delta Hotel, lots of great comedians and fans assembled
to recognize a top notch stand-up comedian.
Back when radio, and telling it like it is, actually meant
something…
Round and Chewy?!

The Easter Song
Paul Sabourin and Greg DiConstanzo were half
of the award winning a cappella singing group
Da Vinci’s Notebook.
Now defunct their spirit lives on in Paul & Storm.
Lots of great, intelligent, mostly adult, humor
contained within.
I highly recommend them and play them on
the show with reckless abandon to rave reviews.
In other words, both my listeners like them.
A funny piece this…
Good Point!
