Tim Young nails it on the glucose.
Or is that Fructose?
Could be galactose.
No, that’s a Marvel Universe baddie, I believe.
He eats planets to stay alive.
Anyways, Tim was a hyper bumpkin growing up.
He certainly rings my bell when he goes down
the list of candies he used to eat.
I had them all, even the fake waxy lips.
Tim’s a funny guy, and he even gives his mom
some props for being there for him.
Happy Mother’s Day weekend…

…And Cue the Drooling!

Comedy 101 Radio 5.7.20
Mother’s Day show!
That one snuck up on me.
Lots of material to mine for this theme.
A classic by Nichols and May, boy does
he fold something fierce at the end.
A rather odd, dated ode to an old cartoon
canine that would always save the day.
Not sure why I played that.
Tom Lehrer struts his superb stuff.
Finally, a funny joke about belly buttons.
Boobs…a lot.
I don’t want to hear it.
Cy informs.
Kathleen’s mom is a strange one.
Bernie is still an idiot.
Quennel has issues.

The Possibility Does Exist

Harvey Meets the Jetsons
This is a hoot, not just for the instant humor
gratification due to the running gags, but
the errors in futurism contained in the
original Jetsons cartoon from 1962.
That show aired over fifty years ago and
the writers had to guess as to what might
exist in this particular time period.
Funny on a couple of different levels…
From the Makers of Navel Lint Sweaters

Marital Bliss
Costaki Economopoulos with a smart set on marriage.
He’s one of the more intelligent stand-up comedians
on the circuit, always keeps you thinking.
And laughing, like this piece…
Winston Lives!

Paul
Bobby Bare with a homage song to the
guy with the bright blue oxen.
His name escapes me at the moment…
