There are some pieces that the late, great John Pinette
performed that I consider to be classics.
This is one of the them.
It’s been so hot here, over 90 degrees for several days
with a humidity so high it seems like you’re walking
through warm soup.
On days like these I think of Summer pieces to post.
He was a great stand-up comedian, I consider myself
fortunate to have seen him live on stage.
Sell all your stuff, move to Italy and eat ice cream.

Dana Gould talks about ending his marriage.
I suppose you have to laugh at that which hurts.
Dana is a very funny stand-up comedian, an
award winning writer for the Simpson’s as well.
And a good time was had by all!
Yes, I am being snarky…

My intent is to play something new (to the show)
every week from here on in.
I’m excited about the prospects, a bevy of great
comedy from Canada is heading my way, as is
some from the lower forty-eight.
After some serious editing I should be able to
get at least a few every week that’s fresh.
Some great comedy blocks this week, I went
with Death, Fishing, Attraction, and Summertime.
And yes, I do realize that I have “issues”.
Went with a couple of Bob Gibson pieces, written
by Shel Silverstein of course.
Jerry Reed, Certified Guitar Player, and one of the
Old Dogs with a funny smoking tune.
I can’t believe I played that Fred Blassie piece.
Dr. Hook kicked butt.
