There are a lot of silly moments in Pee-wee’s Big Adventure
but this has got to be towards the top of that heap.
Paul Reubens is a very unique actor, he has a style all his own.
I find him to be quirky and lovable, his characters are one
of a kind and quite memorable.
And harmless, heavy on the harmless, even when he’s on
the lam from the law…

This is one of my favorite pieces from John Mulaney.
John’s a very underrated stand-up comedian.
He has a really unique way of looking at the world
and all its quirks, not at all pessimistic or dark.
I find that listening to John tends to make me feel
somewhat hopeful.
This bit is spot on, as the British would say…

I went with some classic Summer pieces for this
show, it’s been very hot as of late and it seemed
like the right thing to do.
