Where the Hell’s My Spaceship?!

Josh Sneed with a very funny bit on being overweight.
This piece is funnier than it has a right to be, John’s a
deft stand-up comedian with great timing and solid
material, that makes the difference here.
His self deprecation sets the tone, a valiant effort…

Andy Breckman with a spirited game of tag.
He’s a bit on the sick and twisted side, more
power to him.
His perspective seems a bit off.
One little naughty bit that may make the
hamster blush, cover him with several dozen
pillows and he should be fine…

A wonderful scene from the classic 1987 Mel Brooks
flick Space Balls.
Pretty clever, promoting the movie from within.
Can’t say I’ve ever seen that before.
Leave it to Mel.
Rick Moranis is splendid here, breaking the fourth wall
with reckless abandon does reap some rewards.
As far as parodies go this is highly recommended…

James P Connolly with some insights on working out.
Or not.
He’s a pretty funny guy, he’s mock full of himself and
not shy about it.
An ex-marine turned stand-up comedian, you wouldn’t
think it would work, but it does.
Now about that surveillance video…

Laid down a pretty cool show this week.
A strong showing of above average stand-up comedy.
Started off with a Bobby Short song that showcased
his unique style, the late, great was one of a kind.
A creative baseball/football block sandwiching a
superb George Carlin classic.
Logan Whitehurst with an upbeat tune of pasta
and bi-polar disorder.
A sketch piece of sorts by The Bonzo Dog Band that
was way ahead of its time.
A very insightful set by Gary Gulman.
Some beer reverence, brewski block for sure.
Cy Amundson is a very humorous story teller,
very easy to follow and as interesting as they come.
