I’m It

Andy Breckman is most definitely IT.
Long before he became famous for his
television, film, and radio work he was a
pretty decent comedian.
He did some work in the early days of
Saturday Night Live, back when they were
funny, and was the creator and Executive
Producer of cables Monk.
He certainly does have a sense of humor.
And he loves to play tag…

Cheese Emporium

An absolute classic by Monty Python.
Palin and Cleese have never been better.
One relevant f-bomb at the 2:02 mark.
I’d recommend covering the kids with
several truck loads of beach sand to
muffle any harmful radiation caused by
the profanity.
Some great lines here…

Beans and Corn

A tremendous effort by one of the better stand-up
comedians on the circuit.
I cannot say enough about his newest recording,
Where the Field Corn Grows.
I highly recommend anything by him, he is
getting better with each release so the newer
the better.
Some great lines here…

Lydia, the Tattooed Lady

I almost posted the original by the Marx Brothers
but this version is really cool as well.
The Juggernaut Jug Band performs it in such a
melancholy way you can’t help but embrace it.
Don’t get me wrong, watching Groucho belt
that classic out is a treat, it’s just that sometimes
you need a different perspective…
