Cut this Pizza!

Kellen Erskine is one of the best stand-up
comedians on the circuit.
He has the snark, is highly intelligent, and
has a dry style all his own.
Some great lines here…

Susan Christie with an ode to onions.
I wonder if that carries over to scallions as well.
Chives?
Vidalia?
Venezuelan Beaver Cheese?
The world of culinary delights can be confusing…

Oh what a tasty treat!
I grew up in a French Canadian household,
more or less, and the homemade version of this
was called Chinese Pot Pie (Pot De Chinois).
Loved it growing up, I had a Memere’ that would
prepare it like it was food for the gods, and in some
ways it certainly was.
I’m a vegetarian at this stage in my life but the hamburger
is easily replaced by several faux meaty substances like
Gardein Beefless Ground for instance (outstanding!).
It’s peasant food…inexpensive, filling and very tasty.
Gotta love it…

I was at the Club Soda CD release show back in 1998
watching John Pinette deliver a very funny performance.
This was his first recording and it kicked some serious butt.
A copy of this CD was given to every DJ and radio personality
who attended, I had already heard it and had started playing
it on the show.
This piece shows you what he could do with his voice.
He was a very funny man, one of the best, he will be missed…

Go ahead, call in sick, you know you want to.
It’s Monday, they won’t care.
Robbie O’Connell with a Mike Cross original…
