I’d Say Yes, But It’s the Wine Talking…

The late, great John Pinette tells it like no other.
I saw him do this live, you could tell he loved the piece.
He was quite the polished stand-up comedian, he had
really honed his act towards the end, one of the best.
Some great lines here…

Weird AL Yankovic with a Summer tune for the ages.
The Middle Ages, mostly.
Bernie made out, got a decent camera out of it.
Hallowed ground not open on weekends.
What on Earth would make a man do such a thing?
Not a clue…

A Summer classic by Rhett and Link.
More of a satire of sorts on how soft we’ve become.
It’s all about the conveniences…

Jim Gaffigan with a pretty humorous look at crapping outdoors.
His words, not mine.
I must admit, I’m feeling a lot more “indoorsy” than I did when I
was younger, camping was what I lived for.
The woods, song birds, majestic mountains, hiking, foraging for
edibles, climbing trees, and being one with nature turned me on.
Now when I think of camping…black flies if it’s rainy, horse flies
when it’s sunny, ants in my potato @#$%^&* salad!, what the
@#$% is scratching on the outside of the tent?, what the @#$%
is scratching on the inside of the tent?!, I need to go…where’s
the @#$%^&* flashlight?!, etc;
It’s quite possible I’ve gotten soft as a grape.
Some great lines here…

I have to play this at least once before Summer is over.
A true classic in every way, this was a pretty huge hit
back in the 1960’s when it first came out.
Allan Sherman was considered to be one of the best
comedians in America at one time, releasing multiple
comedy recordings and writing a book while at his peak.
He shuffled off this mortal coil far too soon, as it is in
life we often lose the good ones early.
A simple tune but fun and uplifting…
