SNITS

I REALLY love this piece by Landry and Biener.
It’s interesting, imaginative and quite believable.
Picturing a lab somewhere nestled in a secluded
mountain range in the mid west, large foreheaded
scientists walking around, clipboards in hand,
taking notes on the progress of their diabolical
experiments!
Could be me.
A very well done comedy sketch…

Sidekick Heaven

I’ve always been really keen on serious artists doing the
odd novelty piece or two, they tend to be really funny
as it comes from a mood or attitude deep inside and not
from the usual muse.
Riders in the Sky is one such entity.
They did a superb sketch using palindromes that I love
to play on the show.
This is another gem, a tribute of sorts to all the cowboy
flicks and the characters contained within, specifically
the old, crotchety, hard scrabble types that are always
around to help out.
Also known as …the Sidekick!

This is a homage to all the Gabby Hayes types out
there that added much to all the cowboy flicks
you’ve seen over the years.
I certainly grew up with those movies, I’m not sure
they even make them anymore.
Still a decent topic of interest…

YSaC: Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

You Suck at Cooking with an absolutely scrumptious look
at everybody’s favorite num-nums.
Whether you are in college, in a hurry, or live in a
dumpster in the back of an alley, you’ve snacked on a
variation of this theme at least once before.
Extra cheese, throwing in a helping of humor for flavor.
Watch that elbow…

Kittens, Babies, America

A fine performance by one of the best stand-up
comedians on the circuit.
Cy Amundson is a story teller type of comedian.
Not big on one liners, he opts for the long, fully
fleshed out, humorous overview.
And he is really good at it.
He has many friends, and the all have baggage…
