It’s Monday…Let’s Go Nuts!

Shel Silverstein penned the song, Bob Gibson sings it.
A very well done and humorous piece, Shel even backs
him up on it, commenting in reply to Bob’s lyrics.
The moral of the story here?
Always look up…

What a scene!
The Princess Bride is a truly wonderful movie, no matter
what you embrace in film making.
The acting is superb, even Andre the Giant has his moments.
The plot is really good, as is the character development.
What sets this apart from most other flicks is the humor.
No simpleton chuckles here, the intellect is top notch.
An intricate movie, much to ponder and take in.
This is my favorite scene, and that’s saying something.
You don’t even have to know the rest of the plot to make
sense of what is happening here.
The physical comedy reallys set it apart, very well done.
I highly recommend this Rob Reiner classic…

Tyler Boeh with a neat little bit on his home town.
A nice lead in, a pretty good visual on the setup.
He’s somewhat new at this, he should go far with
his talent and approach.
I’d like to visit Portland some day…

A really spirited performance by Loudon Wainwright III.
You can tell he smoked at one time, or still does.
Smoking is a very powerful addiction, makes you do things
you would never do otherwise.
He makes you feel it on this one…

A neat little number by Les Barker.
Les is a British performer of great repute, his knack
is storytelling through poetry, and he’s really good at it.
You will hear more of him in the future…
