Michael Palascak with a pretty darned good stand-up set.
He’s a great comic…timing, material and stage presence are
as good as it gets.
He’s young yet, his future looks bright.
It looks like he found the right job after all…

A full seasonal holiday show this week.
I can actually do at least three complete Hanukkah, X-mas,
New Years shows without having to use B shelf material.
My comedy collection is insanely large, I can barely maintain
any semblance of order with it, which is why I’m glad I put
it all in a digital format, mostly MP3s.
I used to lug tons of stuff to the station every week, LPs,
45s, CDs, even cassettes and Mini-Discs, it was getting
ridiculous and my arms and back were killing me.
It took me years but I finally put it all in digital sound files.
MP3s don’t sound terrific but better than most of the older
formats and they don’t really degrade.
My main tablet has over twenty thousand tracks on it with
more coming in every week.
I couldn’t give this show up if I wanted to.
Mostly Christmas, some seasonal, and some holiday gift
ideas for those that are like me when I step inside of a
store…stumped.
There’s a Conception Corporation joke in there somewhere.
Paul Gilmartin with a pretty accurate look at holidays
with the family.
Robert Earl Keen as well for that matter.
It’s good to hear from Thurl again.
The Bobs harmonize with the best of them.
Classic stuff from Cheech and Chong.
The Kings of Carnage have an intense hatred of
zombies, and each other.
The rant at the end of Red Peter’s piece is a real hoot,
the old gal loses it completely.

A seasonal warble like only Mojo Nixon could do.
He certainly knows his Batman…

A neat little comedy sketch from our
pals at National Lampoon.
The man loves his coffee.
That sounds like Chevy Chase…

The late, great Kevin Meaney with a low level
diatribe on matters of health.
I hate to say it but Kevin was correct, he died
for that very same reason, too much to eat.
It’s a funny yet poignant bit…

This is a timely piece for many reasons.
I love these guys, great harmonies with a keen
sense of humor.
The lyrics are pretty danged good too…
