An absolutely wonderful uplifting tune of optimism and lunacy.
As written, performed and blessed by Eric Idle and the rest of
the Monty Python gang.
This scene is from The Life of Brian, the end of the movie where
Brian is close to shuffling off this mortal coil.
He is deep in despair when Mr. Idle gives him his patented pep talk.
And what an irreverent talk it is!
Gotta love the choreography, dancing with glee on the very same
crosses you will ultimately die on.
Now THAT’S a pep talk…

I love this comedy sketch from Mike Nichols and Elaine May.
It’s a back and forth between two lovers, one with a deep
unrequited fondness for the other.
It gets serious, at least from the standpoint of the patient.
Some great lines here…

really entertaining range of humor here.
Don’t put up that umbrella before it starts raining…

The Frantics with a game show parody of humorous proportions.
I love quality stuff like this, very smart and highly entertaining.
