A Piece of Pie

A culinary offering like no other.
The Frantics with a business lunch for the ages.
This is a bit on the profane side, nothing high end but
not really safe for work, don’t let that stop you though.
This is a well thought out comedy sketch, Canadian
sketch comedy at its finest…

Younger Brother and Dad

This is a great piece of stand-up comedy from one of the best on the circuit.
Greg Warren started off as a pretty funny guy right out of the gate.
He has gotten even better, trimmed it all down to a perfect flow with
good material and a low level snark that is hard to ignore.
He makes me laugh out loud at times, he always makes me grin.
Some great lines here…

How Sweet to Be an Idiot

I’ve felt like this all day.
Ignorance is indeed bliss, and that explains many things.
Neil Innes was one of the principal members of the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band.
For that alone he deserves high praise.
He assisted in a few Monty Python sketches back in the day, not to mention a
song or two.
And there was The Rutles, a Beatles parody band that also had Eric Idle as a
member, he and Neil were close friends.
This is a classic piece of British novelty…

Just 5 Minutes

A great comedy sketch by Canada’s finest sketch troupe.
I’ve seen them live and they are a real hoot.
Not sure if they still perform but their material is out there
for sale and it’s worth every penny, funny stuff that.
This is me, god knows this is me…

Doctors

Brian Regan with a pretty funny set.
Not Tattoos, like the label stated, not sure if that’s an inside joke or what.
The whole recording is mislabeled.
Not to worry, this is a good bit, close to top form with this release.
He was the first stand-up comedian to really perfect sarcasm.
Brian was the king of snark long before most comedians began to use it.
True to form on this one, some good lines here…
