McCall, aka Bill Fries, with a humorous <br>look at haulin&#8217; cluckers!<br>That rolls well off the tongue, I said it three times<br>just to savor it.<br>Bill worked for an advertising company where he<br>created a successful television campaign for a local<br>bread company, featuring the character C.W. McCall<br>as a truck driver who frequents his favorite truck stop.<br>Bill took that persona and created a musical entity <br>with which to perform his humorous little ditties.<br>He also had a high charting single with &#8220;Convoy&#8221; back<br>in the 1970&#8217;s when CB radios were all the rage.<br>Great lyrics and nice visuals!<br>If I ever put a band together I&#8217;m going to name it<br>Haulin&#8217; Cluckers&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"C.W.
