{"id":39747,"date":"2022-04-16T18:35:44","date_gmt":"2022-04-16T23:35:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comedy101radio.com\/?p=39747"},"modified":"2022-04-16T18:35:44","modified_gmt":"2022-04-16T23:35:44","slug":"comedy-101-4-21-22","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comedy101radio.com\/?p=39747","title":{"rendered":"Comedy 101 4.21.22"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Been so busy lately, last two years, I forgot this was Easter weekend.<br>I was under the impression growing up that life got easier the older<br>you got, I was mistaken apparently.<br>The stress has never been heavier, comedy has helped me sort <br>things out a bit.<br>I got a bit unfocused this week, the blocks were chopped up now <br>that I look back at it.<br>No bid deal, it&#8217;s all decent humor, no matter the order.<br>Riley Armstrong with a clever one.<br>Lorne tells a great story.<br>Lydia as performed with a touch of melancholy by the very<br>interesting Juggernaut Jug Band.<br>A really good effort by Ducks Breath, timeless.<br>Brooks and Fraser with a great back and forth.<br>I&#8217;m no expert but if you watch Scooby Doo over the age of<br>twelve there may be something wrong with you.<br>Mr. B keeps it real anyway.<br>Kind of a creepy block, fits my mood.<br>Fitness block, always good for a laugh.<br>Some brilliance from the late, great Bill Hicks.<br>Rabbits are well represented, as is chocolate.<br>No Lincoln Logs though.<br>Top spot goes to Mr. Griffin.<br>Onward and upward..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Things I&#8217;ve Learned Since Arriving on Planet Earth- Riley Armstrong<br>Beginner&#8217;s Spanish (sec 5)- Mike Phirman<br>Living on a Farm- Lorne Elliott (s-up)<br>Lydia the Tattooed Lady- The Juggernaut Jug Band<br>Burger Wars- Ducks Breath Mystery Theater<br>Lazy- Jim Gaffigan (s-up)<br>The Roommate Song- Brooks and Fraser<br>My Brother Pete- Mike Toomey<br>Marriage Changes You- John Heffron (s-up)<br>I&#8217;m My Own Grandpa- Lonzo and Oscar<br>Pete and Bob: Scooby Doo- The Vestibules<br>Children- Mike Armstrong (s-up)<br>(I&#8217;ve No Wish to) Keep it Real- Mr. B The Gentleman Rhymer  <br>Circus Mystery- Mojo Nixon &amp;
