Oh the narcissism in this one is just sublime!
From Above Average, here’s a revolutionary approach to
adding another member to the family…maybe!

Tell Laura I Love Her
As brilliantly done by the superb comedian Billy Connolly!
This is a keeper, great audio, the video is perfect and
Billy is at his very best. Did I mention the lyrics…?
Slow Talker
Here’s a LIVE version of the version below!
One of the funniest sketches I’ve EVER seen, the body language
on Ray Goulding is to die for, I could not stop laughing!
I could not embed this one, please click on the link, I
promise you a hard belly laugh…
R.I.P Bob Elliott
The end of an era!
Bob Elliott, one of the two principal members of the Bob and Ray
comedy duo, passed away this week at the age of 92.
This is a classic sketch from them, I play it on the show
to rave reviews. Bob plays Harlow P Whitcomb…
Wildwood Weed
This is a counter culture classic that Jim Stafford did
back in the 70s, made it a top forty hit too!
Written by Don Bowman in 1962, this song never really saw
broadcast time due to the (ahem) nature of the lyrics, but
eventually logic reigned and it saw the light of day…
Ti Kwan Leep
AKA Boot to the Head, as brilliantly done by The Frantics!
This is a classic and then some, one of the more interesting
comedy sketches to ever grace a stage, or an airwave, that I
love top play on the show.
I’ll just lay down here for a minute…
Let the Crime fit the Punishment
as told by Clinton Jackson!
This is a rant, albeit a funny one, about excuses and
the people who love them…
I Don’t Love You
Since you ate my dog!
As lamented by Dave Kinne, sometime back in 1989.
Do not try this at home…
Shi Tsu
I have to be careful how to spell that!
Wonderfully orated by Jeremy Taylor, this ode, of sorts, is a
dark and humorous piece about fulfilling oneself AND man’s
best friend. Not necessarily in that order…
The Great Bell
by Marty Feldman!
This is a great piece of musical lunacy by one of the
zaniest, and funniest, blokes to ever hit the stage.
He really did have a hand in just about anything funny
that came out of Britain during the 50s, 60s, 70s,
and even wee bit of the 80s.
A Mel Brooks movie cast favorite, he appeared in Young
Frankenstein and Silent Movie, enhancing both films mightily.
He passed away in 1982 immediately after the filming of
the comedy flick “Yellowbeard”.
As to the cause of death, Mel Brooks cites factors that may
have contributed to Feldman’s death: “He smoked sometimes
half-a-carton (5 packs) of cigarettes daily, drank copious
amounts of black coffee, and ate a diet rich in eggs and
dairy products”.
It’s the coffee I tell ya! The coffee…
