This is a classic comedy sketch by the masters of their craft.
Monty Python has many versions of this, my favorite has
Terry Jones as the sole proprietor of the Whizzo Chocolate
Factory, Graham Chapman plays the inspector and Terry
Gilliam is the constable.
This version still has Mr. Jones as the chocolate maker, but
John Cleese is the chief inspector and Graham Chapman plays
the constable with an upset stomach.
This is taken directly from their BBC Television series, no profanity
but they do have Anthrax Ripple…

This is a fine example of what Shane Mauss can do.
He’s a pretty good stand-up comedian, getting better
all the time actually.
When he first started he was a bit uneven, he has come
a long way, and that is a great thing.
Some nice lines here…

A splendid scene from Cheech and Chong’s “Up in Smoke”.
The premise is the boys are driving a van that is packed to
the gills with weed from Mexico, it’s slightly on fire, and it
is making folks stoned.
And, of course, they get pulled over, hilarity ensues…
