This is a classic comedy sketch by the masters of their craft.
Monty Python has many versions of this, my favorite has
Terry Jones as the sole proprietor of the Whizzo Chocolate
Factory, Graham Chapman plays the inspector and Terry
Gilliam is the constable.
This version still has Mr. Jones as the chocolate maker, but
John Cleese is the chief inspector and Graham Chapman plays
the constable with an upset stomach.
