The late, great Daws Butler was born back in 1916!
A top notch voice over actor, one of the very best ever.
The voice of Huckleberry Hound, Yogi Bear, Quick Draw
McGraw, and many, MANY more.
Seriously, he was THE man if you needed a distinct and
interesting cartoon voice, right up there with Mel Blanc.
This is a piece that I covet from his time working with
Stan Freberg, one of his long time partners.
Stan, Daws and the immortal June Foray together with a
parody of a 50’s detective radio program that was highly
popular at the time.
