Christopher Guest was born back in 1948!
A very much unheralded comedian that had his hand
in so many projects it’s almost impossible to list them all.
He was in on the early days of National Lampoon Radio,
gathered much respect for being one of the original
Spinal Tap members, went on to produce a series of
laid back but very funny movies beginning with Waiting for
Guffman, Best in Show (a brilliant spoof of Dog Shows), A
Mighty Wind and more.
He was also a member of Saturday Night Live during the
1984-85 years (back when it was funny).
And, he married Jamie Lee Curtis!
