I gave up coffee long ago in favor of the stuff
that I grew up with, orange pekoe.
Otherwise known as black tea.
Tea grading gets very intricate, tough to follow.
Essentially Orange Pekoe is the second leaf from
the tip of the tea branch.
Cool Huh?
