A novelty tune from the folk legend who just turned 80!
I’ve always said that I really enjoy it when a serious artist
comes out with a humorous piece, it tends to be a well
written creation with some serious pluses all in all.
Bob Dylan is no exception, the Nobel Prize winning
songwriter wrote and performs this piece on his 1963
album Bob Dylan in Concert: Brandeis University.
It reminds me of Arlo Guthrie, Steve Goodman, Todd
Snyder and a few others…which makes sense when
you think about it, Bob Zimmerman started it all.
Didn’t he?
Some great snark here, seriously…
