A Monty Python classic from their 1976 “Live at the City
Center” recording.
The constable’s name changes from time to time but the
skit structure is a consistent source of chuckles.
When I hear this piece I think of the late, great Terry Jones.
This skit is what makes Monty Python so special, it’s off
the wall, very creative, dark and slightly insane.
That happens to be exactly what was printed under my
picture in my high school yearbook…
