There are some damned funny people in Australia.
When the show was on the web my fourth largest
market was Australia/New Zealand.
They have since developed the comedy festivals in
those countries to rival Edinburgh and Montreal
for sheer talent and promotion.
I had a ton of comedy given to me from artists out
of that area, and I play a lot of it on the show.
Most of it is pretty profane, I needed to do a lot
of editing to get it past the judges (chuckle).
This guy, Kevin Bloody Wilson, is considered to be
one of the funniest of the lot, and the dirtiest.
I have a ton of his material, I can only play about
one percent of it on the show, stuff that would
make your grandparents have the vapors are
the main cause of that.
