On the Shoulders of Freaks

Henry Phillips started off as a serious folk singer.
He realized after several gigs that he received a
lot of applause and laughter when he bantered
with the audience a bit between each song.
He shifted his focus to doing novelty tunes, a
logical move all things considered.
He never looked back.
His voice is excellent, a very pure sound that is
much better than average.
I played this on the show recently, and it really
shows his vocal range, a damned good singer
by any measure.
It’s funny, and quite true after all is said and done…
