The imagery is superb, especially if you’ve watched
The Wizard of Oz before.
I’m not talking about the 1939 award winner with
Judy Garland, I’m referring to the remake starring
Steve Buscemi as all of the Munchkins (the wonders
of CGI!), Danny DeVito, Kanye West, and Danny Trejo,
as the Tin Man, The Cowardly Lion and the Scarecrow
respectively.
It was genius to cast Dave Bautista in drag as Dorothy!
The lyrics are sublime…
