I am getting really sick of the nonsense related to those that
host my website and control how it’s updated.
I can no longer post to the site ahead of time, it will no longer
allow me to schedule anything at all.
Part of the problem is the PHP upgrades that Word Press insists
on being done.
When WP tells me that I need to upgrade, it offers me a link to
connect to for an explanation, I click on it and it tells me that
MY version of PHP is okay and to ignore the initial declaration.
All fine and good but the rest of the site will not go back to normal
because WP has set my site on a “Maintenance Mode” “until the
upgrade has been achieved, because of this I cannot do what I
need to do.
A lot of this has to do with my site host, I won’t name names but
it rhymes with Blow Daddy, the last few times I’ve dealt with them
have been less than stellar, I get nowhere.
Please bear with me, I’ll keep posting but it won’t look pretty.
