An Edward Gorey classic.
I ran into him back in the early 90’s in a store on Cape Cod.
I didn’t actually meet him, I recognized his trademark fur
coat and stylish garb from a lane away, he was quite a
figure, looking like the unique character that he was known to be.
His works certainly live on, this being one of his better ones.
