I wasn’t going to post this bit, it’s funny but
not his best, I decided to because it really
struck a ganglia with me.
I actually remember a few “Donut Ladies” from way
back, when it was a real treat to commute to their
little stores.
One woman created them on Sundays only, driving there
right after church to procure a large bag of donuts was
a highlight of our weekend.
I led a very lonely life.
