Doctor Strange Leaves the Portal Open

I like this one, lots to embrace here.
Strange takes it like a man, didn’t even call
Stark a douche bag.
Hell seems like a great place to visit.
I’m not saying you should buy a home or even
a timeshare condo but leaving the options open
seems like a pragmatic thing to do.
Especially when most of us will end up there
sooner or later anyway.
Be prepared, that’s all I’m sayin’…

Men and Women’s Parties

This is a pretty funny piece by Hal Sparks.
He highlights the differences between the
sexes when it comes to the parties thrown
for the soon-to-be married couple.
Adults situations are dealt with here, small
children may burst into flames.
That’s not always a bad thing…

It’s the Liquor

The late, great Kip Addotta was an underrated comedian.
He had some success in the comedy world but not enough
in my humble opinion.
He had a good enough voice to put out a half way decent
comedy song, he was a pretty polished stand-up comedian,
and he had a stage presence that made it all work for him.
Above average in every way, he should have been bigger.
That’s where the show comes in, I will play these people
until I can’t anymore, keeping it alive is the thing.
A good post for a Sunday, reflects on why we drank too
much last night…

YSaC: Croque Monsieur

You Suck at Cooking with a recipe on a new fangled
way to make a grilled cheese sammich.
I am all for learning new things, but I am getting on
in years and I will need to dump some older stuff to
make room in the tapioca blob for fresher material.
There…just got rid of five humiliating minutes of a
seventh grade gym class moment…that wasn’t so bad.
I should do this more often.
It looks good, but then again so does a McDonald’s
Quarter Pounder on the menu board.
I will try to create this on my own, without the aid of
professionals, pray for me…
