Yes, it certainly does!
I worked in Boston for many years, the parking there
is insane to a degree that you question the cities very
existence, logic does not enter the equation.
The signs contradict themselves, and they change
all the time.
It’s one thing dealing with the parking, then you have to
think about the cost…
