Todd Barry was born back in 1964!
Here he is with a funny set on old people, northern
Europeans and bad realtors!
Happy Birthday Mr. Barry…

A Heavy Lament
A Boy Named Sue
Oooh, this is a find!
Johnny Cash doing a live gig at San Quentin Prison
with Carl Perkins on guitar doing a Shel Silverstein
classic piece of mirth!!!
No video but the audio is just perfect, you can
hear the inmate’s reactions to everything Johnny says.
Some real history here, enjoy…
Discount Pet Surgery
Pooch Cafe
a wonderful cartoon by Paul Gilligan comes to life!
I like the cartoon strip, this is the natural
progression, animated for your pleasure.
You’ll see more of this humor from time to time…
Oh Yeah!
Kid’s Party Games
Brian Regan with a classic piece of stand-up from
his Live recording!
Gets a bit existential towards the end…
A brief sentence to be sure
On This Day in History
Ubi Iwerks was born back in 1901!
Who?! You may ask.
This is the guy who was an absolute godlike figure
in the world of cartoon animation in the early days.
He created Mickey Mouse for Walt Disney!
Ubi was a one of a kind animator, very prolific
with an unmatched talent in his field.
I love some of his stranger ones, and there are
certainly many of those.
Most were produced back in the 1930s, a lot do not
age well but some shine through.
Like this precautionary tale of inflatable woe…
