Cosmik Debris
I played this Frank Zappa tune on the show recently.
He wasn’t actually “funny” but enough of an eccentric
to warrant some exposure on the show.
He was a complex character, very interesting history
behind him and his legacy.
The price of meat has just gone up, indeed…
Mine Has a Hole in It!
Morning Rounds
Mike Nichols and Elaine May with a comedy sketch
that was way ahead of its time.
Most of their work was done in the 1950’s but you’d
never know it but for the occasional pricing or other
“know it by its date” reference.
They dealt with the human condition, something that
has not changed since the beginning of time.
I like the premise here…
Indeed!
The Home Cheapo
A Juston McKinney classic.
The funniest comedian to come out of New Hampshire.
Don’t go there, he’s not half as humorous as this guy.
Snark, incredulity, and low level outrage are his shtick.
It certainly works for him.
Some great lines here…
A Hefty Punch Would Also Suffice…
From My Own Damned Couch
The late, great Kip Addotta with a bouncy tune
of IKEA proportions.
He does seem a bit possessive, must be his favorite…
I Think I Dated Your Sister…
S.N.I.T.S.
A classic comedy sketch by Landry & Biener.
Wonderfully done, they just don’t make these
like they used to.
Some great word play here, awesome visuals also…
