Weird Al Yankovic with an irreverent look at infirmities.
One must remember that irreverence is one of the main
pillars of comedy, making fun of yourself and others is a
howl if done properly.
There’s a fine line there, lets tickle it and see what happens…
Ba-Dum Bump…Nice One!

Charlie
A superb piece of stand-up comedy from Cy Amundson.
He’s a story teller of the top shelf kind, nobody better, or
more interesting, at laying it all out.
I love playing him on the show…
Turns Out…Not Very!

You Lucky, Lucky Bastard
A thoroughly splendid scene from Monty Python’s Life of Brian.
Terry Gilliam plays the twisted half naked guard, Graham Chapman
is Brian, and Michael Palin is the prisoner on the wall.
I quote this movie, and this scene, quite often.
Especially that line at the heading…
Could Be Worse…

Let’s Talk Dirty in Hawaiian
John Prine with a humorous tune about learning
the local lingo.
Think tropical paradise, a cool beverage, parties
on the beach, coconuts, and profanity.
Sums it right up…
Aim High, I Always Say!

Disney World in August
The late, great John Pinette with a look at heat, humidity,
horrible crowds, and a mouse.
I have been to Florida in a sweltering heat, with humidty
that made my face melt, not my idea of a fun time.
Never mind standing in line for an overpriced kiddie ride.
Better him than me…
Buster Approves!
