The New Old People

Lachlan Patterson with a humorous set on what
the next generation will bring to the table.
And when.
Selfies, yoga pants for all the wrong reasons, and
Tweeting are making us soft.
Lachlan’s a great stand-up comedian, when he’s
hitting on all eight cylinders.
I state it that way because I’ve seen him do a flat
show and it wasn’t too much fun.
But when he’s on it’s pretty cutting edge, timing
is everything in this field.
This is a funny bit, he could be right…

Comedy 101 Radio Playlist 9.26.19

I took a cue from Ken Burns and went with a
country/hillbilly/redneck motif this week.
Strangely enough it really works.
A lot of the greats of C&W are here.
Certified guitar picker, Man in Black,
a true renaissance man, a very funny lady,
some Old Dogs, Antsy, and Cledus.
Do NOT mess with Mrs. Fort!
Happy Hillbilly Week!

The Ogre Faced Spider

Ze Frank with a tale of a visually disadvantaged
arachnid with a lust for power.
This is the stuff of nightmares ladies and gentlemen!
Nah, just kidding, it’s mundane as hell.
It’s entertaining but far from compelling.
It’s Ze Frank though, give it a chance…

Love for a Child

Juston McKinney with a really funny set on fatherhood.
He’s a New Hampshire native with a head full of snark
and some killer material.
I’ve seen him live and came away quite pleased.
I highly recommend him, I play him on the show and
he’s a gerat addition to the lunacy.
Some very funny lines here…
