Kittens. Babies. America.

I am in the mood for story telling at a high comedic level.
There are very few stand-up comedians that can hit that.
Cy Amundson can, probably better than anyone.
He weaves an interesting tapestry, lots of humor in the
meat of it all, the punch line is almost anti-climatic.
Almost.
There may be a swear or two in here, I don’t care, it’s Saturday!
He is hilarious, some great lines here…

Ugga Ugga Boo

The first time I heard this piece it took a few days to
purge it from my rather bemused brain.
It’s catchy, strange and even ridiculous at times.
There is some wisdom here though, it may be a
latent gene thing for men that goes back to the
beginning of time.
Crazy Joe and the Variable Speed Band with a tune
for the neanderthal in all of us…

Making Ice Cream

A splendid new arrival on the mirth front, to this
site at least, with a great sense of humor and the
animation skills to match.
Buttered Side Down is the entity, you will be seeing
a lot more of him in the future as his talents are
vast and his sense of humor even greater.
This must have been a huge undertaking, I certainly
do appreciate it, lots to love…

Lydia the Tattooed Lady

An absolute classic of high importance.
The Marx Brothers were very much ahead of their time.
A lot of their movies can still be watched today with very
little lost in the decades since its creation.
This piece was done in 1939, 84 years ago, and still a joy!
The choreography was superb, the cast even more so.
The energy was through the roof and it looks like everyone
had a ball doing it.
The timing is to die for…
