Babel Fish

Douglas Adams penned a very nice science fiction series
of books starting with The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy
back in 1978!
Adapted to radio, it was warmly received by all who listened.
I highly recommend any of his writings, they are all very
compelling and quite interesting, nothing quite like it.
I did like the movie, it had it’s moments, but I REALLY
loved the BBC Television six part series that came out
in 1981.
This snippet is from that collection, starting early on
in the adventure, the two main characters (Ford Prefect and
Arthur Dent) are on an alien space ship trying to figure out
how to survive.
Typically British in its approach, the humor is top notch and
the acting is as good as it gets, a very entertaining series all
in all.
Grab your towel, hop on board, and Don’t Panic…
