The late, great Robbie Benoit was a talented story teller.
I love playing his material on the show.
Loaded with personality Robbie was a fighter.
He worked for many years in the Canadian Yukon mining
industry, after falling down a mine shaft he quit and took
up dog breeding and showing.
He actually won the prestigious Westminster Dog Show in 2001
with a Best in Breed Komondor.
He was diagnosed with cancer in 2005, he still toured and hosted
a radio show called “To Hell with Cancer” and carried on until he
passed away in 2007.
