Gizzards, Scrapple, and Tripe

The New Duncan Imperials with a humorous
ditty that really brings back memories for me.
My father was a very down to earth type that
ate like a farmer, whenever we went out to eat
he would find a neat little diner off the beaten
path and order the tripe with liver and onions.
He loved the stuff!
I, on the other hand, did not.
To put it mildly…(URP!).
These folks seem to enjoy it though…
